    Manufacturing industry still looking up

    Optimism is a powerful thing.

    Industry Week reported, "For the nine consecutive quarters, manufacturers like what they see. In the first quarter of this year, 89.5% of respondents to NAM's Manufacturers' Outlook Survey are positive about their own company’s lookout."

    It's fantastic to see people in the industry having such a positive outlook!

    The biggest concern currently is still the skills gap, so let's spread this optimism to a new generation and get them as excited as we are!
