Industry Week reported, "A study done in 2018 found that 64% of students who have attended an MFG Day event are more motivated to consider a career in manufacturing. And 84% are more convinced that manufacturing provides careers that are interesting and rewarding."
There are many ways to get kids involved - start a camp or a shadowing day! Give a presentation at their school! You could even create inventing contests or work with their teachers on projects.
